Introduction

What a wonderful, warm morning for a VQ!  Low 50’s, no wind, in late November is something to celebrate.

I did my setup last night and marked THANG 1 with caulk.  With the number of HC’s and latest COVID restrictions, we planned to break into smaller groups and spread out in the parking lot.  Had quick meeting with my Co-Q’s Sparkler and Ron Swanson to go over things and could tell something was on Swanon’s mind.

Although it wasn’t mentioned, I could tell Ron was worried that my VQ would pull more PAX than his.  Guess we will have to just wait and see.

 

Warm-O-Rama

COVID Restrictions required an audible here…

Side Straddle Hops with Waterfall Mosey around 1/2 Parking Lot

(After 2-SSH, release 2 PAX for Mosey.  PAX encouraged to High Knee, Butt Kicks, Carioca, etc to warm up body during Mosey.  PAX to rejoins circle after Mosey.)

Once 6 was in:

Count off and broke into groups.
Thang 1 – DORA – Partner eithers runs 1/4 parking lot lap or does 50 mountain climbers, their choice (One leg = one count)

  • 150 Coupon Press
  • 190 Dips – PAX to use ONLY their own coupon
  • 250 Squats
  • 290 Curls
(All partners MUST finish Thang 1 before moving to Thang 2 as a group.  Teams finishing first to pick up 6)

  • 90 Burpees while partner does 50 LBC’s
(Teams finishing first to pick up 6)
