Christmas is over, and it’s time to reflect on what we’ve done this past year.
For me, I want to reiterate my them from my them from my last Q… Do Better. Push yourself, push each other. We get out here every morning to do better for ourselves, for our fitness, our friendship, and our faith… For our families, our wives, or jobs. I can’t stress it enough that we all need to do better every day.
