For the second week in a row, I looked on the Q sheet on Thursday and saw that Saturday OP was still open, so I snagged it. Due to last week’s circumstances, we rightfully cancelled OP. This week though, it is full steam ahead.
I still have my Q all lined up and we will proceed with a little 4 quarter team competition. Coupons required.

Thoughts
Adaptability- I have had this workout written up for over a week. The first time I was going to use it, we cancelled the workout for a greater cause. So I planned to try it again today. It was better suited for maybe 8-12 PAX. So when I only had 2 HCs, I thought that I would need to shelve it again and wait for another day. But low and behold we ended up with 10 PAX.
But I planned a second workout that was better suited for just a few people, just in case.
For all our great plans, things sometimes don’t go according to plan. We have to adapt and modify accordingly. That is true here at the workout and basically everywhere else.
