Introduction

Weather conditions were perfect.  No wind and real feel was 24F.  We have a lot of ground to cover in order to see all the lights in downtown Naperville.  Today I turned 48.  I’m starting to feel that pull towards 50 but I’m going to fight like hell the rest of the way!

Warm-O-Rama

Gave the disclaimer and performed the following while waiting for Curds, who was coming in HOT!

  • SSH 20x
  • Copperhead Squats  10x
  • Abe Vigodas

We then hit the path on our way to park district parking lot and stopped along the way for:

  • Arm Circles  10x/10x
  • Santa Surfers  left 5x/right 5x

Winter is coming.  1st official day of winter is 21Dec.

Reflection on traveling down range.  If you are traveling, try to find an F3 region near you and post.  It’s awesome to be in another time zone and see the flags, F3 t-shirts, hear the same lexicon and see the same exercises.  The cool thing is that sometimes the lingo and workouts can have a regional flair to them and you can bring some of it back home to share with Naperville PAX.  Also, there is the same bantering before, during and after which is awesome, along with PAX pushing each other to get better.

Remember that holidays can be joyful and merry but for others, it can be a time of stress and sadness.  Count your blessings and be ready to help others in some way.
