Introduction
Only 1 HC by 4pm so I was not expecting 18 PAX to show up ITG. The more the merrier for some five corner beatdown.
Warm-O-Rama
Everyone was circled up and ready by 0515 so we got right into it with some quick warm-up exercises.

Good Mornings
All in cadence following proper form that I learned (again) at Grow School in Louisville
The Thang
I was not very creative from my 10/8 Q at BP last week and I knew none of my regular BP guys were following me over to The Complex so I reused my Q from last week on the TC guys.

Anxiety is a real Mother Fer that can come get you and bite you in your ass when you least expect it. I attempted to partake in GR21 this weekend but an anxiety attack on Friday night left me questioning a lot of things about myself and my ability to do GR21 with my fellow PAX. Ultimately I made the decision that I did not want to punish my teammates if I had to quit early due to my anxiety. I left GR21 before it even started and I immediately felt FOMO, sadness and even more anxiety wondering if I made the right choice. I know none of my fellow F3 Naperville HIMs would of allowed me to quit on myself during GR21 but I didn’t want to put that burden on my team to constantly have to pick up my six. What I learned from this weekend is that SadClown syndrome is a real thing and it hit home really hard. These times we are in right now are not easy by any means and it takes a real HIM to admit that he needs help and to go out and seek it. I know I am not in this fight alone and each HIM in F3 has my back. I appreciate all the HIMs coming out this morning ITG to push themselves and get better. I know we all have our opportunities.

Cobra Kai just yaps and yaps and yaps. But he’s getting stronger by the day, proud of that kid!
