It’s 80s day! We are gonna have some 80’s music with Paula Abdul.

We’re doing a Paula Abdul! That means everything is 2 steps forward, 1 step back.
Each ‘step’ is a light pole.
John Cusack to the 2nd pole. Do exercise, then lunge walk back one pole (no coupon). Take two steps forward again, picking up the coupon that was left at the first pole, and doing John Cusack to the 2nd pole. At each pole there is an exercise where the PAX did 80 reps OYO.

Recalled how one of my best friends recently wound up in the hospital with health issues at only the age of 40. Reminds me why we are out here to help keep ourselves physically fit so we can be there for our families. Ended with prayers and Our Father.

This workout seemed to hit pretty hard to most of the PAX. I saw quite a bit of taking breaks in the reps because the 80 count seemed like quite a bit. With the 80 count, it almost felt like a single person DORA. Might be better off breaking into smaller rep counts. Had one fartsack!
