Introduction

Saw the slot was open as of Saturday, and after Friday’s Lagrange beat down realized I still needed to improve my mixed cardio/Bootcamp performance. So I signed up and decided to push a Growruck or IPC style mixed beat down to train. Just hoped someone else would want to do it with me.

Circle of Trust

No deep thoughts. Just prep for Growruck, pushing through a slow, wet Monday gloom.

And just a point that hazy IPAs aren’t real IPAs. Feel free to enjoy them, but understand that IPA is a marketing label, and not indicative of the style in any way.

Naked Man Moleskin

Couldn’t seem to get up to speed until the third round of the Thang. Hard Monday to get moving, but that’s still close to three hundred reps, and a lot of the PAX did more. For a small group, a lot of heart and good pushing. Wish we could get more PAX out for the rucking.
