Introduction
I have been part of F3 Naperville since my first post on July 29, 2022, I decided to give it a Q – a second chance at the AO I first posted as an FNG, La Luz! It was my coldest x 100 workout I ever workout and Q at.

Warm-O-Rama
Arrived 10-15 mins early than everyone else, waited in the car, once everyone got out of their cars we began warm-o-rama with
Arm circles x10
Tappy taps x 10
Side straddle hops x 10
Everyone grab their coupon and ran towards the second floor of the parking garage near Premil. Everyone got there fast, I was with Bob Ross, I had five pants layers and my pants were falling down, lol.
The Thang
We began the 4 corners exercise:
First exercise
Squads x 10 x 15 x 20
Second exercise
Chest press x10 x15 x20
Third exercise
Slow bicycles x10 x15 x20
Four exercise
Curls x10 x15 x20
During the 20-30 minutes of the exercise I combine them to make the exercise fun
Thing 2:
I enjoyed C-bus and Snoop-A- Loop ball tossing exercise that I had to try it out , but with a baseball ball.
All PAX passed the ball around to each other and the one who didn’t catch the ball, had to do a merkin ..we did this a couple of times before we had to head back to the coldest parking lot and the flags.

Name-O-Rama
I kept the COT short because of the bad weather conditions and I just Thank each and everyone of the PAX who came in to workout with my during these dangerous fringed conditions, and spoke about finding F3 Naperville and how it has changed me during the last 5 months I been a PAX.
Prayers for Hotbox and for everyone to get home to their love one’s safe and sound.

I deeply want to Thank the following PAX for being there at my first AOVQ at La Luz, and my Site Q , Aladdin for helping me out with any questions and keeping me on check during my Q. It was the coldest day in December and these fellow HIM where there for my Q.
