1.Mosey to the base of the stairs
Tabata style workout 45 seconds on, 15 sec rest
Exercise, up and down stairs (3 merkins at top), exercise, jump rope, exercise, stairs, etc. 24 total rounds.
12 exercises included: OH press, bent over rows, curls, lat pullovers (Cardigans), shoulder taps, plank jacks….2 sets of each
2. Mosey to pavilion
45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest
Wall sit, irkins on the bench, bulgarian split squat, coupon press fast, bulgarian split squat other leg, dirkins, wall sit, hand release merkins.
3. Mosey to the flags
Ring of fire
heel taps, LBCs, inchworms, plank jack in low plank, supermans, plank til 6am

I listened to the F3 podcast episode on contentment on the way to Two wolves this morning. It focuses on the differences between happiness and joy. Happiness is a fleeting feeling, like sitting around a fire with a beer hanging with friends. Joyness or joyfulness is a constant state of joy, it’s long lasting. We all know happiness, and like it. But, we should always be searching for the latter. You see the word joy around Christmas time, and although it’s great to say and hear, it’s not easy to get there. With F3, getting our bodies right and minds right by coming out in the gloom is a great step in helping you get there, but not the only step. Happy Holidays!

I took this Q last minute as someone had a conflict. I’m happy I did. Every time I go out to an AO that I don’t frequent, I have fun chatting with people I’m not too familiar with. I appreciate everyone that came out to my AOVQ…i think it was kinda fun.
