I rolled in around 4:45 to find Bootlegger prepping for a solo EC ruck. I was looking around at 4:50, a little confused, somewhat concerned I was at the wrong AO. Usually at least Riunite is there 10 minutes early. Sure enough, did one short warm up lap and the cars started rolling in. Was happy to see Putt Putt show up, his wingman pushed him to the front of the line and then left the party ;). You owe him one.

Circle of Trust
Over the past few months my family has returned to Sunday mass in the church. I find it extremely difficult for my kids to understand the readings, gospel or homily at most services. Its not that they don’t care, its just that the vocabulary is often above their comprehension level. I feel the same way half the time :). However, this week seemed simple and immediately thought this was perfect for the CoT on Monay. Now, I am certainly not one to quote scripture but this just seemed to stick with me…I flubbed this part in the actual CoT this morning. Three simple things that were easy to pass along to the kids. 1st, share and give away to those who have none. 2nd, be honest and don’t steal money. 3rd, do not abuse power. There it is, all I wanted to say this morning but did not prep as I should have.
Gospel – Luke 3:10-14
10 The crowds asked John the Baptist, “What should we do?” 11 He said to them in reply, “Whoever has two cloaks should share with the person who has none. And whoever has food should do likewise.” 12 Even tax collectors came to be baptized and they said to him, “Teacher, what should we do?” 13 He answered them, “Stop collecting more than what is prescribed.” 14 Soldiers also asked him, “And what is it that we should do?” He told them, “Do not practice extortion, do not falsely accuse anyone, and be satisfied with your wages.”
Naked Man Moleskin
Daisy – the silent assassin was grinding the entire time, only chuckle I heard was when I commented about trying to stay on pavement, mostly, for him.
Cable Guy – appreciate getting to know you over the past several months. I remember being on the turf running sprints, you were gassed. Now, today you’re catching me up a hill! Nice work brother!
Patchouli – breathe baby! getting through the monkey humpers with your guidance. also, pretty scarry to see you run at me with sledgehammers in both hands.
Smokey – thanks for keeping me honest on those humpers, now you be honest and tell Serena you got a head start on the bear crawls when you caught everybody…
Riunite – way to represent the neighborhood out there today, hope you enjoyed the nap post bus stop routine
Putt Putt – quote of the day “HC is an HC”. guy gets called out to come, HC’s, call outer backs out, Putt Putt showed up and put in the work. way to get after it this morning
Serena – thanks for the AAR, having my 6 today and making the haul out to IL.
