Introduction
Thank you to all of you who decided to not pick up this Q! This gave me a chance to celebrate my birthday again but this time in July! A whole month has passed since I turned the big 45 and it seems like only yesterday that I was closer to 40 than to RESPECT! That being said, I decided to grab the open Q spot and put some HIMs to work! All who showed up gave it their all and that was the best present I could have received for my 45th and 1/12th Birthday!!!

This workout was basically a repeat workout from a month ago I created for the Citadel for my actual Birthday (6/29). Since this Q spot was open I decided to pick it up (very last minute) after Quarter Cart reminded all of us that it was still open. I never Qed at The Outpost and thought that I would give it a try since I basically had the workout already planned and we needed someone to lead it. It take me me a few glances at my phone on Tuesday to see if anyone else had picked it up before committing to it. After the third time opening Slack to see who was going to lead it, I said WTF and picked it up. My message was short and simple to the group, when you see an opportunity, take a chance on it especially if it will net a positive result. I believe I did just that by picking up this open Q and leading some great men this morning!
