The HIMs in F3 are committed to pushing hard, as they should.  But it’s important to listen to your body and take days for activities such as Broga to reset your body and your mind.  Just make sure you’re taking a day or two, and not just quitting.  People tend to either always go hard or always do nothing, and we need a balance.
