go on run as fast as you can to the end point. The goal is two times there and back. To stay together when I turn around for the second time I tell people to turn around.

two people race up to middle of bridge, rest after middle. We have time for three times and two line Indian run back to parking lot.

my first time running BDRC and apparently the biggest one yet. I will get better at communicating the routes with the guys, but the veterans helped me out
