For the Whalon Loop, I pulled the leaderboard for that segment on Strava. I wanted everyone to have either their best time or if they haven’t done it, have someone else’s time they can target to beat. Here’s the F3 leaders for the Whalon Clockwise Loop before today:

All Time Best (not F3) 8:04
Heisenberg 9:46
Glenn 10:42
Blinky 11:01
Muggsy 11:03
Blues 12:51
Poutine 12:58
Snorkel 13:20
Woodwind 13:33
Nest 13:49

Circle of Trust

Stress can have a lot of impacts on our lives. I recently started a new job and it has been very stressful. One of the biggest impacts is that stress throws us off from our routines. I’ve noticed that a lot with my team and myself and I started challenging them to stay focused as a leader to get through stress.

I ask my leaders to come up with 5 things they did to make their team or process better for the next day as they wrap up everyday. That reflection time can apply to everything we do in life whether it is work stress, family stress, or something else.

Naked Man Moleskin

Well I’m apparently not very good at estimating time. My apologies to your M’s and/or bosses. Feel free to give them my number if they want to call to yell at me. (708) 408-JOEL

Shout out to Snots for stepping up to the challenge of his first BDRC! It was only his second run over 5 miles and it was a fast 8 today!

Also shout out to Glenn for being late and still somehow finding and catching up to us in the middle of the dark forest.

Both Glenn and Blues Clues improved their previous leaderboard times!
