Introduction
Preblast MM Outpost 0515 Coupons Exercise SYITG HC
You ever have a dream so bad that you know it is actually a nightmare and can force yourself to wake up? Anyways…I had a weird dream last night. I was going through the opening statements before WoR and I kept stumbling over the words. Then I couldn’t keep cadence and said the wrong exercises. It was seriously so bad and embarrassing to the point where my mind realized it was just a nightmare and I was able to force-wake up. Needless to say…I was looking forward to this Q.
Got to the AO right after 0500. 2 Hand was already there and had already sent me the scouting report. Circled up, went over the 5 Core Principles, Disclaimer, Mission, Credo. Time to get warm.

CoT
I let the PAX know the CoT would be a little scattered. I started by expressing my gratitude and appreciation for their support this morning. I just finished the ATR challenge and it had felt like forever since I had been at the OP. It was great to see some of the familiar faces there and even some new ones that I had yet gotten to meet. ATR was great as it pushed me out of my comfort zone and allowed me to meet some different PAX and explore some different AOs. We have an awesome thing going here in our Super Region. I continued by reminding PAX that we all have our reasons for getting out in the gloom every morning. Some of us are training to be Spartans… some of us are just trying to get a good workout in … and some of us are only out here for the mumblechatter/fellowship. There are no ‘wrong answers’ in my opinion. Just make sure whatever you are doing, do it with all you got.
Naked Man Moleskin
Great to be out at my home AO The Outpost. Great to meet Hamburger Helper. Dude has been getting AFTER it!
This morning’s beatdown was inspired by a beatdown I got to do in Sacramento, CA a couple of weeks ago. The Bear-tona concept intrigued me. Why settle for a ‘recovery run’ when you can continue to torture your shoulders instead via bear crawls…over and over again? I hope the beatdown had it’s intended effect. I know I had some trouble lifting up my arms for at least a couple of hours after the beatdown.
Honored as always – BC
