Thang 1:

Mosey with Coupon to ball field intersection.
FLAMING Hindenburgh BLIMPS.

10 Burpees, 20 Lunges, 30 Imperial Walkers, 40 Merkins, 50 Plank Jacks, 60 Squats
Running from the intersection to the end of the north/east/west paths, then back, perform escalating BLIMPS

EXAMPLE:
Run to end of north path, 10 burpees.
Run back to Center, 10 burpees, 20 forward lunges (one per leg)
Run to end of east path, 10 burpees, 20 forward lunges, 30 Imperial walkers
Run back to center, 10 burpees, 20 forward lunges, 30 Imperial Walkers, 40 merkins…. etc.

Once you get to 60, run to end of the next path and perform again, starting with 60 Squats, then 50 Plank Jacks, 40 merkins, etc…

 

Thang 2:

Coupon Mosey to Bottom of hill, steep side

Murder Bunny up to top
10 Thrusters
Carefully carry coupon down back side, and around east end of hill to path and back to where you started
Repeat at least 3x

Coupon mosey back to flags/cars

In F3 we’re always saying that “it’s always a race” – and while that is motivating to push yourself and attempt to win, it’s more about persevering and staying the course – and never giving up. There will be times in life you want to give up, but don’t. Persevere, for He who promise is faithful.
