Introduction
It was time for my return to Black Panther as I had not yet been there since end of quarantine. The workout had to make up for that lost time…
Upon arriving at normal BP location, we found the parking lot blocked. I wasn’t sure if it had been this way or was a new development. So on instinct, everyone drove over to Prairie Point school lot and we planted flags there.

Heel touches x20
Swimmers x15 (Since our 6’s were already wet, why not our 12’s too?)
Circle of Trust
Prayers for COVID patients and workers alike, Blowfish, Mr Miyagi
No speech planned, but reminded PAX to push themselves. Fast or slow doesn’t matter. It is you vs. you; mind vs. body. Overcome the obstacle in front of you by pushing through – be better than you were yesterday.
Naked Man Moleskin
The location change threw me a Herschiser (Hot Shots reference). Luckily I was planning on using the school anyway, so I just had to change up the order thangs, but no big deal.
It was good to get back out to BP. I had been meaning to get out there, but hadn’t had the chance yet.
Next up for me will be my 2 year anniversary Q next Monday at Outpost. Stay tuned…
