Introduction
“Black ‘Wednesday’ Panther: The Ultimate Workout for the Clubrat inside of us. If you are going to drink your calories tonight, you are going to want to be here to burn them off before!”
As the familiar faces started to show up, you could feel the tension in the air. This was go time. This was Title IX’s time. These men where on my time now – and they knew it.
I stared deeply at each one of the PAX so they knew it was go time. There were times to play games, sure, but not this time. They knew better. As the crisp pre dawn air hit their faces, they could sense that this time was different. I saw fear, regret, but most importantly, optimism in their eyes.
Judge Smails looked at me (great Site Q, btw) and said, “Well it’s 5:14.45 should we get…” I stopped him in his tracks and took command. It was time to party.
The 5 principles of F3 were explained, and the disclaimer was given – let’s get it cracking, men.

Thing 1:
We still start each exercise together. Once you complete the reps, do a lap around the pavilion and then ‘Coupon Cusak’ until the 6 is in. Repeat until completed – mosey to Thing 2 when finished!

Using Parking spaces we ran to the mid light pole in suicide fashion using the parking spots as markers. At every parking space we stopped, did one squat, and then Bernie Sanders (ran ‘backward’) to the starting line. Once at the light, we help plank for the six.
Dick Cheney provided an exquisite countdown from 15.
Repeat exercise but this time instead of squats, 2 bonnie blares.
We completed, because we are HIMs, and then held six until we ran back to the flags.
Circle of Trust
I detailed some person stressors going on in my life – mostly focused on the time of year and my particular profession. I stressed that these stresses, like most stressors, tend to come and go and it’s important to see the forest before the trees. There will always be throughs, and that is ok. We just have to get through them and realize the stressors aren’t forever.
We prayed for Sir Mix’s mother to have a successful operation as well as the senseless race based violence recently out of Waukesha, WI.
Naked Man Moleskin
In my radical COT honesty, I also took personal note to think that maybe I am due for a form of career change. I found myself saying “I tend to not celebrate the holidays because of this is my super bowl months.” Just food for (personal) thought.
We all get for Coffee – which was dynamite as usual. Our man Gene was slinging those ‘hot ones’ and we enjoyed every drop (and our refills).
