Introduction

Twenty Men did not let the the fear of Snow, Bears or Merkins keep them from their Daily Red Pill at The Complex on February 26, 2020.

 

We crawled, squatted, lunged, hurlied, inclined, declined and balls-to-the-walled our way to being better men.

 

Then we took a moment to enjoy the beauty of God’s creation.

Ball-o-man

In my small group last night the question came up.. “What are the first words you will say when you see God.”   My first instinct was something along the lines of ”…Well that did not go the way I planned!”, but before I got a chance to say that F3_Lulu said. “THANK YOU”… and someone else followed with “Thank You God”. It got me thinking about Gratitude.

Gratitude:

  • to God for everything he has given us, 
  • to My amazing wife for 17 amazing years
  • to Spork, Port-o-Josh and Tiny Bubbles for the EH and the assists 
  • to Wet Wipe for the hard lean 
  • and to so many of you for the encouragement. 

Which lead me to Ecclesiastes 4:12

“Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

I don’t think I truly understood the meaning of these words until I joined F3. Until I saw the effects of men working together to help each other simply for the betterment of each other. I would not be at this place were not for the men I mentioned before and to the PAX as a whole for doing what PAX do.

 

Dear Heavenly Father

Thank You for this beautiful day; 

Thank You for these men, 

Thank you for the freedom to choose the Daily Red Pill and those who help us to be better at this life

those who model, those who encourage and those who build up 

Help us to take all that we have gained here In The Gloom and give it up for your glory. 

Help us to use it to be better Fathers, Husbands, Friends and Neighbors.

In your Son’s Holy name we pray!
