Its 10 10 day so lets round this out to start the week off right with a ladder of progression to see who can get there and back in 45! Bring the coupons and be ready to partner up and keep the form. Nothing too fancy or complicated here, just rinse and repeat to the top and be stronger for the week ahead. The week begins with the first DRP and never stops. Drop your HC below.

Read a book by Philadelphia Eagles former player, Emmanuel Acho, doesn’t believe in goals because they limit us. Just like today, we had some PAX achieve the 10 10 goal, but some went way beyond showing that a goal can be too short. Craig Manning, Tennis coach said set goals that are within your control. If your goal is to win the tournament then depending on the day, you lose not because you are not a great tennis player, but someone else was just better that day – you can’t control that. When you set these goals, you set your self up for failure. Set objective that you can control and don’t put limits on yourself.

We partnered up to keep ourselves honest on our form. Uncle Rico stayed with me the whole time – I know he could have smoked Snoop aloop and Crop Duster, but he held it. As for Snoop aloop and Crop duster, they blew past the goal and through DORA – way to go! Some great aussie music to keep this beatdown real.
