up a bit. Lace up the running shoes. Bring the weighted vest if you’re feeling a bit uncivilized. This will not be an out and back. We will work together and stay together. We’re only as strong as our weakest link. Clydesdales come out this is for you

Head to Mt. BP for some over and backs x3 (Cydedales pace)
Run up half way up the hill then Bernie Sanders the to the top x3
Sprint up the hill x2 (hold squat for the 6)
Thang Two
Mosey along the trail south of the hill and head north to the basketball courts (run the perimeter for the 6)
Thang Three
Suicides on the basketball court x2 (keep going for the 6)
End line to end line sprints x2
Thang Four (Sand work at the vollyball courts)

One of those sprints I challenged Carmen San Diego and he stepped up like I knew he would. If I beat him, 5 penalty burpees. We tied and tie goes to the cydesdale. Good work brother.

I shared “The Law of the Picture” teaching from John C Maxwell
As you strive to improve as an example to your followers, remember these things:
- Followers are always watching what you do. People do what people see.
- It’s easier to teach what’s right than to do what’s right. Norman Vincent Peale stated,”Nothing is more confusing than people who give good advice but set a bad example.”
- We should work on changing ourselves before trying to improve others.
- The most valuable gift a leader can give is being a good example.
When I stray away I remind myself of these principles. Striving always to make sure the video matches the audio. A lot harder said than done.

I had a great time leading the Cydedales. Kuddos to my man Judge Snails leading from the front. Those 75Hard gainzzzzzzz baby LFG!!! Ken Doll with the HIGH positive ENERGY love it brother! Crambone doing a superb job with the 6 and the encouragement as well. Zima that HIM was putting in work I tell ya! Flo was smooth as butter, his attitude was “it’s nuthin, I DO THIS.” O’Douls had to drop a deuce as soon as we started hill work…Unicyle showed HEART as he does every post ITG. Next time we’re carpooling. Carmen San Diego took off his shirt and we thought we would get the cops called on us with those GUNSSSSS. Buffalo Bill was an FNG brought out by Hurley who was an FNG the day before. They modified and hit up some rucking action. Overall a great time was had, we pushed and got better TOGETHER. Thank you for the opportunity.
