Introduction
Tomorrow morning I’ll be celebrating my 100th post with a Q at The OP (technically it’ll be post 101, I overshot the landing a bit there, arms up). Come on out for a Feel Good Friday fest where we will be moving, doing body weight work, doing coupon work, and all with that magic number 101 in mind (smile face).
Bring shoes for all terrain, coupons, and willingness to get after it and yuk it up.
This was a Q to celebrate my 100th post, I was pretty psyched. It was cold and and windy, and I was writing the exercises in chalk before the workout and realized the blowing snow was blowing away the chalk writing. Hands were pretty cold after writing out the chalk instructions. That’s when it became official to me that the elements have now officially changed to winter. I knew I was going to have to bring the energy to get the PAX fired up and to get the blood flowing. It was a great showing of PAX, I was psyched, had the intro music rolling to get everyone amped. 5:15…go time.

Circle of Trust
The importance of using mistakes as opportunities. We go through life and make mistakes all the time, and it definitely sucks when we make mistakes, but we need to remember it is through mistakes that we learn and grow. While in that moment it will suck, don’t sulk and sorrow in those moments, instead we need to make sure that when we make mistakes we are using those as opportunities to learn and adapt because it is in those instances that we truly grow, and when you look back at those moments they may actually be the times most positively impactful to your life.
Also want to take opportunity to reflect on my time with F3. I can go on for so long making individual thanks to all of you men for the impact you have had on me and making this an awesome experience. I have to give a specific thanks though to Uncle Rico for getting me out here in the gloom.

Naked Man Moleskin
As I reflect on my first 100 posts, it gets me to thinking about the impact that so many men have had on me since I’ve started F3. Being in best shape since high school is great, but the relationships built, the support received, and the impact that F3 has enabled me and others to make is even better. Just thankful for all of the men of F3 out there. I could go on for a long time identifying individuals and specific examples of impact that they’ve had, but that would take too long. So instead I will give one broad thank you to all of those men who I’ve interacted with over the past 7 months since I’ve started F3. Keep that energy up because you never know what kind of impact one interaction can have on someone.
