Partner up with somebody who you do not know very well.  Focus on form and clean reps.

Circuit – 20 of each exercise followed by a lap around the 2 nearest bridges.  Repeato until 5:53

  • Side to side merkins
  • Reverse crunch
  • Tarantula (jump lunge with each leg followed by a squat)
  • Plank ups (low plank to high plank, alternating arms)
  • Spiderman (low plank – bring knee to elbow)
