Circle of Trust

COT: This was my 9th Q and 100th post in 14 months since I started 3/18/19. I love F3 and the benefits it brings such as fitness, fellowship and faith. However, I loved it too much about a year ago. I became obsessed for a bit. This started to affect my relationship with my M. So I decided to take a step back from F3 to put the same level of passion and energy towards my relationship. It paid off huge! I’m now getting back into things but with balance. Today’s workout was about balance. We balanced our beatdown on both sides of the hill. In life you need to have balance and give 100% to all areas to bring happiness. I challenge you to bring the same level of intensity you bring to F3 to other areas of your life such as loving your wife. Go home and kiss her first today. Let’s pray…
