Introduction
I had a dream about sprinting through a finish line while carrying a solo cup with a goldfish in it. I then drank the cup while everyone cheered. This was the inspiration for today.

To cap off the beat down (and make my dream a reality) we did a 3 team race. It was Indian run style but the man in front was holding a coupon with a glass of water and a goldfish(cracker) in it. All the other PAX except the anchor carried there coupons however they wanted. As the front man got tired, the man in back would run up and take his place.
Circle of Trust
COT was short and sweet. I let everyone know I appreciate them pushing me and themselves to get better. I let them know how thankful I am that everyone is awake, cheerful and ready to go every morning.
Naked Man Moleskin
I noticed that that most of the PAX that are at the AO regularly had custom coupons. I teamed up with Ebenezer to get the rest of the guys their own. We gave them to them before we started the workout.
