The Thang
Thang 1: Dora
Everyone partnered up, 100 shoulder presses, 200 chest press and 300 curls while your partner is running to the other end of the parking lot and back.
Thang 2: 22’s
Goblet squats at one end and Bonnie Blairs at the other. Started with 20 Goblet squats and 2 Bonnie Blairs with each leg counting as half a rep and went down and up by 2’s.
Mary:
5 Count of “Muggsy’s” on right and then 5 on the left
10 lbc’s
5 count Plank Ring of Fire around the group (Even though trailer park thinks big boy situps are from the plank position).
Circle of Trust
We took the family to Bengston’s pumpkin patch this week and we were hoping it wouldn’t be too crowded but we were very wrong. At one point I took my 2.o to stand in line for a roller coaster and we spent about 45 min in the line for a ride that lasted less than 45 seconds. The sheer joy and fun that we had on the coaster was amazing. My daughter was laughing the whole time and we still talk about it everyday but I missed a big opportunity to be present with her during the 45 min. We should have played a game, we should have talked about our favorite things or anything else to interact and continue to build a strong relationship with my kiddo. I keep reflecting on it this week and I think we need to focus on being present during the boring and crappy times and also enjoy the good times.

Thanks to Flush or calling me out a couple of weeks ago and telling me to Q again. I need to work on being consistent on this so I can get better at it and give back to the F3 guys.
