Introduction
Pre Blast The Mammoth Run Club 2/11/2023 0630-0730 @channelJoin YHC mañana for the 
as I go down memory lane. The route is posted below. The first loop is the big one, the second loop is around lake mastodon and the last loop is in the peninsula. Once in the peninsula we’ll stay there repeating that same .30 mile loop encouraging one another until it’s time to go back to the flags. A vest is recommended yet not required. Circle of Trust
I shared with a PAX a story from our Miami Marathon. 26 of us broke bread at an Italian restaurant downtown Miami. Our reservation was for 6:30. Upon arriving we noticed something was off with our waiter. She was young and completely out of it. Very dry and we could tell she didn’t want to be there. We were first class and showed graced. 45 minutes into our dinning experience we learned she had a mental breakdown and walked out on the job. Our order was a clusterfuck and we ended up eating around 7:45. Moral of the story….BE KIND. We all have a fire in the kitchen. Poor girl we hope she’s doing better. Our food was late however delicious.
Super Bowl weekend is statically proven to be the busiest human trafficking week in the US (sick fucks). We prayed for our PAX, Turkey, Ukraine and all those innocent girls, boys, women and men who are abused.
Imagine if that was your M, daughter, son, sister or Mom. May we be grateful they’re not.
