Introduction
All exercises today are reps of 24. After a set of 24 reps, we run 25 yards out and back. Thats one set. We drop a quarter into a jar after each set. The more accumulated sets,, the more meals we can buy. At the end of the workout, we will total how much cash we made to feed the hungry.

Circle of Trust
In the United States, our children dream and get excited over the presents they anticipate opening on Christmas day.
Less fortunate children, especially in other parts of the planet, can only dream and get excited to have a nice warm meal.
The reality is millions of children in other parts of the world go to sleep hungry. How can a child dream when they’re suffering through hunger in their sleep? How could they even sleep? I can’t imagine sleeping hungry, can you?
I don’t think any of us in this circle can.
Yet, this suffering in other parts of the world is real. A child is born in the middle of these inhumane hardship by fate, by chance. Realize that that child could easily be you and I. Imagine that instead of a fully stocked refrigerator to feed us in the middle of the night, we have to go out at night to beg, steal, borrow or hurt another person for food.
