Circle of Trust

I spoke about how my dad and I used to run out and backs along the fox river when I was in my teen years. I was always chasing him but now I can smoke him lol

To me running is all mental, we have the ability to go to our happy place and just run, if you’re doing it right.

Im thankful that my dad is still working out 6 days a week, in good mental and physical health.

In my elementary years my grandmother cared for me almost full time since my parents were business owners and always out of the home.

I watched her mental health decline as she developed Alzheimers to the point where her mind did not know that she had to swallow the food that was in her mouth.

we rely a lot on our mental strength to get us through these workouts, we need to cherish our most important muscle and our most important members of our circle. What we have today is not always promised.

Lord thank you for all of the blessings you have given us and the blessings we have yet to receive. Thank you for the men that surround me and please guides us home safely. Amen

I do love a good run and this AO has so many options. I was uncertain about which route i wanted to take but i remember Blueprints took us on this one and i really enjoyed it.

I was almost late due to carb loading a pizza the night before with EXTRA JALAPEÑOS. What was i thinking?? I gave myself my usual routine time and needed every minute.

I was not alone as McFlurry and DJ SumpPump had to excuse themselves to shit in the river. I have been in that (squatting) position before and it does suck.

As Daniel Tosh once said, “You don’t know anything about competitive running until you shit yourself and your nipples bleed.”
