First post all week. Been tough to get out. But excited to lead. I like the smaller crowds. More fun in my opinion. Regardless, was ready to push hard to make up for lost time.

There are times that we’re gonna take punches, some we expect and can’t stop, others from seemingly out of nowhere. This can look like anything, from emotional, to spiritual, to physical, to economical. And these punches might even result in getting dropped to the floor.

But just because you get hit to the floor doesn’t mean you’re out. I mention I”ve only gotten out a handful of times this last month. It’s been this way for much of the fall. The temptation, and sometimes the legitimate need, for sleep is strong when work hours crush you during the day. And honestly, it’s a bit of an escape.

But there is no denying the energy and awesomeness that comes from these mornings. The brotherhood, the support, the encouragement, to get back up and keep at it. There’s nowhere else on this planet I’ve found something like this.

I’m close to finishing my 3rd year with F3 – and I love everything I’ve done. And so while the 3rd one isn’t my most active one, I’m still proud to call you brothers, to spread the word about our cult, and keep coming out, even if it’s only once or twice a week.

So my encouragement is: don’t beat yourself up if you’re missing. It’s just a season where you’re not moving 110%. Even Handy will someday slow down (I’ve got money on this bro – don’t let me down). You’ll come back. You got brothers here to make sure of that.
