Introduction
As of yesterday, this Q was still open so I thought, why not Double Tap Q’s? There are two versions to this workout so why not do both! Join me at EIL for Part 1. March 27 is F3 Mental Battle day and March is Mental Battle Month. Come help YHC finish up the month strong. Bring your coupons. HC in the thread. NO OYO!!
The Scene: High 20’s. Arrived with between 5 and 10 minutes to spare. I thought about setting up cones or writing out the weinke but decided to just go with the flow. Grabbed my coupon and set up the speaker in the center of the lot. Columbus was there and Kapusta just finished some EC. Flush was a late/early HC which was perfect because it brought us to an even 6 PAX.

I am not a professional. You are here of your own free will. I have no knowledge of any injuries or fitness considerations. It is your responsibility to be safe and modify exercises as needed.
In cadence (IC) is the rhythm in between each rep or the body movement between each rep.
Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Each set will have stats about mental health and workplace mental health. The workout will be in the form of a Dora 1-2-3. As you are working with a partner (No OYO), each stat is doubled. After all three sets are complete, if you have time repeat sets until time is up.

A few things to leave you with:
Suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in America. And I would add that is the number one most preventable one.
22 veterans commit suicide EVERY DAY.
Comparison is the thief of joy.

During the runs of the workout, YHC got to know the PAX a little better. Ever since Iron Lion opened, I haven’t been to the Complex as much.
During the COT, I shared my own battles with anxiety and depression, especially when I was a pre-teen and teenager after my father had died. I went to a dark place and thought of suicide many times. My COT was a bit of a kneeswitcher but I emphasized to talk to your 2.0’s and check in with them often especially as they approach and are in full puberty mode.
Peace,
Cousin Eddie
