Introduction
Travel has been a bear lately, and ive been in a bad habit of posting irregularly and NOT posting backblasts. Time to stop that laziness.
Also been in a rut with Qs. Needed something new so I came up with the “Labors of Hercules”. (Coming to a AO near you . . . .)
Not the best weather . . . but we dont get up for easy.

The Thang
Head to High School parking lot. Count off so we have 4 groups.
THANG
Each group has to complete the following cycle, with the goal to get through 3. (No way . . . not enough time. Barely got through 2)
FIRST
- 10 tire flips per PAX (goal was to get to 30 all together . . . too ambitious)
- Run around high school to cone
- Lunges 30 EACH LEG
- run around high school to next cone
- Imperial Walker squats – 30
- run around high school to next cone
- Overhead coupon press- 30
- run to next cone
- Newtons Cradle merkins – 30
- Back to tires to repeat

The labors of Hercules were not designed to test him . . . but to make him fail. But Hercules overcame the odds and succeeded. (All the reps are 30 because Hercules had to slay the Lion within 30 days). Hercules didnt quit, he kept trying until he acheived his goal. He didnt mope if things didnt go his way, he

Thinking negatively is a virus. It can infect everything you do and can manifest itself by dragging you down in all walks of life. So if you get challenged and experience a setback or failure, dont fucking give up. Change your mindset to reflect a positive mindset and attach that obstacle in a different way.
Hercules failed the first three times he tried to slay the Lion. Instead of giving up, he tried different tactics until he achieved his goal. Use that train of thought next time you experience a setback.

Baywatch- Apologies for creeping up on you during the imperial walker squats. I just want to exercise closer to you . . . . you beast!!!
Sulley- Speaking of beasts . . . nothing more humbling then running, feeling good, then seeing the “graceful gazelle” effortlessly blow past you. Sigh. Runners . . .
Indeed- Damn! Great job as always Indeed. The fact you got hurt right away when you first posted, rehabbed like a beast and then started posting AFTER all that is a tribute to your tenacity.
