At amphitheater:

  1. Curls 50
  2. Holding squat, shuffle sideways in circle clockwise and counterclockwise.
  3. Holding squat, PAX pass coupons around clockwise and counterclockwise being in circle.
  4. Holding V-sit position, PAX pass coupons around clockwise and counterclockwise being in circle.
  1. While one partner doing derkins, the other partner doing lunge walk to pavilion and runs back. Rotate.
  2. While one partner doing chest press , the other partner doing duck walk to pavilion and runs back. Rotate.
  3. While one partner doing curls , the other partner hops to pavilion and runs back. Rotate.

Rifle carry from amphitheater to cafe.

Crunchy frog, big boys, planks, 2 60 lb sand bags were tossed in circle by all PAX, flutter kicks, LBCs, mount climbers.

Every man held sandbag on his back while holding the plank for 30 sec to 1 min.

Circle of Trust

Friday boot camp always feels special to me, either I’m catching up workouts I missed during the week, or I feel grateful for the whole week of pushing hard. Completely different feeling from Monday workout . Most of that because of my weak or soft spots. Q Sourse topic today is Jester and I can relay to that a lot. And in a lot of cases I feel shitty on Mondays because of drinking too much over the weekend, not getting proper sleep therefore I feel like I hinder my fitness acceleration, sacrifice my relationship with M and 2.0s. So, my goal is to face it and not to hide from it. Face it and not become a victim of master liar that Jester is. deep inside of me. Inside all of us.

Naked Man Moleskin

I typically don’t plan my workout 100% , only have a general idea where we go and what we gonna do. Today was the case where it was 80% on fly. Thats why I probably forgot already what we did and how many reps we did.

It was great to see several PAX supported me with the vest (Aladdin, Slumlord, Shandy). Thank you guys.

A Big thanks to Gloop and Serena for volunteering to delivering sand bags for marry.

As much as annoying winter is at this point in March , Fresh powder today was very cool and I enjoyed it a lot.
