Introduction

Join YHC for an AMRAP burner.  We’re stealing from At At and Dr. Ralph’s playbook and bringing the fitness test to the north side.  Bring a coupon and meet at the Pavilion.

Fitness Test:  90 seconds to complete as many reps as possible for each of 12 exercises.  60 seconds rest in between each exercise.

(1) Merkins, (2) Squats, (3) Big Boys, (4) Lunges, (5) Coupon Swings, (6) Dips, (7) Box Jumps, (8) Curls, (9) Overhead Press, (10) Bentover Rows, (11) Chest Press, (12) Upright Rows.

Circle of Trust

While watching my daughter’s swim meet last week, I was reminded of the joyous feeling when you obtain a personal record(PR) in something.  Whether it be through running or lifting, or anything else that you can measure, it feels great to do something that you couldn’t previously do.

Upon remembering that feeling, I was excited to do a Fitness Test Q…it’s been 5 months since I last did one at TC with Dr. Ralph on Q, and I was anxious to see if I had improved in any areas.

If you’ve done this Test before, I hope that you realized gains since your last test.  If this was your first time, you will have fun looking back in a couple of months to see your gains.  Either way, keep working and improving to continue to make yourself better.

Holy smokes Backdraft!  We had fun trying to keep up with you this morning.  Keep on pushing yourself, and we’ll keep chasing.  Great job to all 9 PAX for putting in the work.  Results will be posted to the Fitness Test Google sheet soon.
