The Thang
We played ultimate football on a 50 yard field. light shirts beat the dark shirts 14-9. A lot of running and a lot of fun.
Circle of Trust
This is what it’s all about. Fellowship and fun. The workouts draw you in. But, having some fun and having a good time with the fellow PAX and including the 2.0’s.
I reminded the PAX to be present.
We thanked the Lord for our health and that no one was injured. We asked that we all remain injury free in April and the coming month of May.
We also asked that we be the vessels (or boats) the Lord wants us to be in the Lord’s image.
Naked Man Moleskin
2.0 workouts are always a lot of fun. Playing games during the workout and getting in a ton of cardio makes it even more fun.
We welcomed Whopper Jr., Ringworm, and Mary Gallagher to 2.0 workouts and they had a blast. So did the kiddos.
Human Joystick, Giddy Up, and 9 Iron will be back for more. Those three were all smiles the entire time.
You could see the confidence on the 2.0’s build. Love to see it.
