We will be hitting a few areas of the AO and the long parking lot will be our friend.

-Mosey to end of parking lot and back
Pax have to get to the long parking lot. There are cones to mark the path to get there. Pax must do the following from cone to cone:
Cone 1 to Cone 2: Murder Bunny
Cone 2 to Cone 3: Rifle Carry
Cone 3 to Cone 4: Regular Carry
Repeat for the remaining cones
Pax group together at each light pole in the parking lot. One pax does a down and back to the 7th light pole while the remaining Pax do various exercises until the one Pax gets back.
Light Pole 1: Run/Shoulder Presses
Light Pole 2: Run/Curls
Light Pole 3: Run/2 arm bent over rows
Light Pole 4: Bear Crawl Down and Run Back/Chest Presses
Light Pole 5: Rifle Carry Down and Back/Swings
Light Pole 6: Lunges/Alternate Merkins on Coupon
Will go to Light Pole 7 and then head back
Light Pole 7: Run/Squat Thrusters
Light Pole 6: Run/Plank Jacks
Light Pole 5: Run/Prisoner Reverse Lunges
Light Pole 4: Bear Crawl Down and Run Back/Prisoner or Goblet Squats
Light Pole 3: Rifle Carry Down and Back/Scissor kicks
Light Pole 2: Lunges/Jump Squats
– Pax should stagger sit. Will do big boys while one person passes the medicine ball to the next Pax on the way up. Recycle 3-4 times

I talked about visiting some older friends in AZ over the weekend and how important it is to keep connections established, especially the deeper connections with friends and family. If you’re on a work trip and you know someone close in the area, don’t just sit in your hotel. Reach out and let them know you still value the relationship.
Naked Man Moleskin
This was my first Q at Foxboro. Although I post there often, it was nice to lead a workout. Foxboro typically has smaller workout group, which I really enjoy. Feels like more of a bond and it’s easier to pay attention to what the Pax are doing. Got some good positive feedback on the workout, which always help to make it better.
