Introduction
Cold and dark this morning as I setup the cones for the football field…. steady stream of cars pulling into the parking lot. Then more cars arrived and it seemed like there were going to be wayyyy more PAX than HCs.

Split into two teams and headed to the football field.
Pre-game Warmups Drills
High knees to other endzone, then shuffle back.
High knees to other endzone, then carioca back
Butt kicks to other endzone, then shuffle back
Ultimate Football
Two steps allowed when ball is caught, but no running with the ball
Any dropped ball results in 5 burpees to start (later lowered to 3 and then 10 SSH)
Any interception results in 10 squats for other team
Any touchdown results in 10 merkins for everyone.

Reindeer Games are coming
All AO’s closed next Saturday for special off-site workout.

With the Reindeer Games coming, please push yourself and have fun but also take care of your body. We all want to workout as much as possible and score points, but it is important to listen to your body and rest when necessary. We want everyone to keep coming out in the cold weather, so make sure you don’t overdo it and hurt yourself in the process.
