Introduction

Lincoln Games had bruised and batter YHC and therefore the Q needed to allow me to not die. I took the opportunity to work in a lot of mobility and stretching into this Q. It worked out really well.

Warm-O-Rama

Like I said, I had to adapt. SSH’s would have been impossible. Motivators? Not a chance. This Q took a different approach. The first third of the workout was, in one way or another, the WOR.

We lined up and did slow deliberate lunge walks down the parking lot (40 yards?). When we reached the end, we did neck rolls. We walked back with a toe grab walk in order to stretch the hamstrings out. Then we did triceps stretches. We did a low side shuffle back down the parking lot, then did calf stretches. We spiderman crawled back and then did TAC FIT squats. We held the bottom of the deep squat for about 30 seconds at the end. Next we did Ronda Rousy’s favorite stretch.

The Thang

We’ll say the real work started here…. We did Superman’s and then moved into a TAC FIT push up. We bear crawled down the parking lot and did heal touches into flutter kicks. We crawl beared back. Next was shoulder taps into big boys. 30 coupon triceps extentions. Sprint back to the other side of the lot. Hindu merkins into pigeon. Parking spot shuffle with burpees at the end of each one to get back to the other side of the parking lot. 40 Curls for the Girls into Piraformis stretch. Lunge walks back down the parking lot.

Indian run bear crawl around the parking lot.

Planks until the 6 was in and it was 6am.

 

Circle of Trust

I talked about the Lincoln Games and how it pushes the PAX to places they never would go on their own. I started 8 months ago and never thought I would run again. My knees, ankles and hips were too bad. It turns out they weren’t. Guys encouraged me to keep going. I ran 15 miles in the first 3 days of this week and rucked 9. No chance I would do that without the support of these fine men. I encouraged them all to stay involved and to keep pushing each other and me!

Naked Man Moleskin

This was a newer group of PAX and they handled the workout like champs. F3 NorthwestHighway is going to have some studs up there. Great Clips is already a better site Q than me! These HIMs are going to keep pushing each other and get stronger together.

 

Speedo made coffee and brought it for everyone to have in the parking lot. It was delicious and I want more!
