9 stations, 1 min/station, 10 second rest/transition, 4 rounds total
Exercises changed at each station for Rounds 3 & 4
Time adjusted on last round to finish at 6am
Station 1 – Battle rope alternating arms/Battle rope both arms in unison
Station 2 – Wall jumps/Lateral hops
Station 3 – Dumbbell flies side/Dumbbell flies front
Station 4 – 10lbs slam ball bigboys/10lbs slam ball american hammers
Station 5 – 30lbs slam ball traditional slam ball/30lbs slam ball throw
Station 6 – 50lbs sand bag step ups/50lbs sand bag ground to overhead
Station 7 – TRX I-T-Y/TRX I-T-Y (kept exercise the same to focus on muscle groups we typically don’t work)
Station 8 – Kettle bell squat to upright row/Kettle bell single arm alternating swings
Station 9 – 18lbs Wall ball wall ball toss/18lbs Wall ball on 6 overhead to knees
Circle of Trust
Frequently I find myself getting frustrated with everything happening in the world, cause there’s a lot. I read a good book over the summer, Things Worth Dying For: Thoughts on a Life Worth Living that had a good point. Don’t be a frog in boiling water…. God gave us freedom of thought, our Constitution gives us the freedom of speech. There is no reason as human beings that we can’t discuss our issues and differences of opinion in a respectable, professional, and constructive way. It will come up, and we’re capable of debating these topics the right way. We have to, soon maybe we will more than ever. I’m not being political. Whether your opinion is A, B or C, if you don’t discuss your own position be prepared to live with the opinion you’re not in favor of.
