Introduction
Just another early morning, not, we are talking Black Diamond, ala Frontline style. This was a true test of intestinal fortitude and Grit. The 17 PAX who enlisted, were tested to the limit and glad to say, they all forged themselves into stronger HIMs. No man left behind and no man was left where we found him, that’s for sure.

Easy mosey reviewing the obstacle course.
The Thang
1 mile run with a 50 yard excursion through the shallow river. They got darn wet, who am I kidding. The mile was followed by 22 burpees.
From here on out we hit the obstacle course that House Arrest and I created. After the initial mile and 22 burpees, we began the course which consisted of 13 race certified obstacles. The goal was an AMRAP. Each obstacle that required reps, the number was 22. 22 was selected to honor and recognize the 22 veteran lives that are lost to suicide, daily, in the United States.
