Thang 1:

21s on hill instead of 11s

Exercises are Plank Jacks at bottom of hill and Side Straddle Hops at the top

Start with 20 Plank Jacks at the bottom, run up and do 1 Side Straddle Hop. Run down other side of hill and do 19 Plank Jacks at the bottom.  continue until finish 20 side straddle hops at the top of hill. ladder back down or pick up the 6 if done early

 

Thang 2:

Series of exercises OYO at Pavilion until time for Mary

15 overhead presses

15 chest presses

30 dips on bench

30 air presses (100s?)

Colt 45

When exercises complete, bear crawl across grass to parking lot curbs then crab walk back.

Rinse and repeat
