Introduction
Day 3 of Lincoln Games. The halfway point. Come to the Outpost and join YHC to get SWOLE with the BBC (yeah, yeah, yeah). HC in the thread. Bring those coupons in case it wasn’t obvious.
The Scene: YHC arrived a little before 4:15am to attempt the 5 mile run. My feet have blisters on top of blisters so this was going to be a struggle. Plus the air was thick and humid. Finished the 5 mile run with enough time for setup and get into the center for WOR.

I am not a professional. You are here of your own free will. I have no knowledge of any injuries or fitness considerations. It is your responsibility to be safe and modify exercises as needed.
In cadence (IC) is the rhythm in between each rep or the body movement between each rep.
Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Warm-O-Rama
SSH – IC (4 count) x 30
Michael Phelps – IC (4 count) x 20
Windmills – IC (4 count) x 20
Partner up – choose a partner with the same size coupon.
The Thang
THANG 1 Slingshot Farmer’s Carry
Partner 1 starts the Farmer’s Carry toward the field, Partner 2 does the Mario to the far side and back to relieve their partner. Partner 1 does the Mario back to the same endpoint and then back until the coupons are at the end.
THANG 2 Meta D.O.R.A
Keep partners. Partner 1 starts the reps. The other does Links to the Triforce cones and back.
Derkins x 100 each team
Overhead Press x 200 each team
Reverse Crunches while holding coupon overhead x 300 each team
Alternating Shoulder Taps x 400 each team (4 count cadence)
At about 10 to 6 I instructed the PAX to bring the coupons back to the flags the same way we got them there but if they carried them the first time, they would do the Marios first this time.

Lord, thank you for this beautiful week for Lincoln Games. Thank you for helping us get up and get our bodies stronger to help our hearts be open and our minds be clear.
Naked Man Moleskin
“How many legs does a dog have if you call his tail a leg? Four. Saying that a tail is a leg doesn’t make it a leg.” – Abraham Lincoln
WIAB and I were discussing Big Boy Coupons and how what we are using to get “Swole” points are not BBC’s but in fact UBC’s (Ultra Big Coupons). So just because Blues Clues calls this a Big Boy Coupon, doesn’t make it one. 😉
This reminds me of one of my favorite conversations in cinema. It starts with Luke Skywalker accusing Obi-Wan Kenobi of lying. Ben’s response is simple. “What I told you was true, from a certain point of view. Luke, you’re going to find that many of the truths we cling to depend greatly on our own point of view.”
Sometimes that point of view is really gaslighting, so I guess the point of all this is to be vigilant, question what you know and stay true to your heart.
Peace,
Cousin Eddie
