I am going to tell a couple of stories and maybe try to pull a moral out of them.
I was invited to play hockey by a friend over the weekend. I grew up playing hockey and have played in some form most my adult life as well. But with things the way they are I had not played a game in almost 10 months. After falling on my face in the first 2 minutes on the ice I found my stride and had a great game. After it was done as I was skating off the ice I realized that I was not tired. My legs were not sore and I felt great. This was the first time in my adult life I had felt this was after a game. And I am betting you guys can guess why.
The next story was told by Dave Redding on a recent episode of the 43 podcast. Darkest tells of a time when his daughters were younger and they had to make a video for fathers day in Sunday school. They had to tell why they are thankful for their dad. His daughter said “I am so thankful that you do F3. Your so much better to us know. Your not Mad Dad anymore.” (57:00 of the 4/7/2021 Episode of 43 Feet)
These two things kind of collided in my mind and what came out is… You don’t even realize how much F3 is affecting your life. Your clothes may fit better you may get tired less but how else is your life and the life of those around you improving? Let this be one of the many reasons that you are in the gloom every day.
…before I could proceed Cataracs jumped in and asked if he could tell a story. He was discussing F3 at work with a fellow PAX who had come to as a patient. In hearing their conversation a woman overhead and asked about where they exercise. He told her that it was an outdoor workout call F3. She asked if he knew Aladdin. She said that she is his aunt and that the family is so happy for him and proud of him for how he has improved because of F3.
Cataracs apologized for interrupting… turns out that was a way better ending than anything I had so we prayed and took a picture.

I can only hope that each PAX has a chance to to see how F3 is affecting him and by extension the people that surround him. It is really something!
