Introduction
New day – New week – New MONTH – Same Daily Red Pill. After a bout with COVID the past few weeks YHC is back on the Q Sheet to get in on the Monday MANiA hype.
Air temps were a little chillier than the past few days, but the black ice sheets that were present around the AO even up to yesterday were nowhere to be found at 0500. A good crew of double digit PAX had HC’d so knew we’d be able to keep things warm and get after it a bit.

Thang 1:
“150’s”
100 Single Unders followed by a descending cluster of 3 exercises: Coupon Swings, Plank Jax, and Big Boy Sit-Ups, reps descending from 50/40/30/20/10. Because the lot was ice-free we added in the Capri Lap just for fun.
Round 1: 100 Single Unders + 50 Coupon Swings + 50 Plank Jax + 50 BBSU’s + Capri Lap.
Round 2: 100 SU’s + 40 Coupon Swings + 40 Plank Jax + 40 BBSU’s + Capri Lap.
All PAX made it down to the round of 10 reps.
Thang 2: M.A.R.C.H.
Mary Catherine Gallagher’s + Air Squats + Randy’s + Coupon Curls + Hillbilly Squats
We went through M.A.R.C.H. with 5 reps of each, then 10 reps of each, and finished with 15 reps of each.
Circle of Trust
This Monday not only started a new week, it started a new month. A month that can be full of the “False Spring” season but we’ll take those temps whenever we can after a pretty cold and snowy winter around here. We are all on different journey’s, but today can be a day where we re-engage or re-calibrate that journey and any goals that are on our vanity mirrors or buried in our phone’s notepad. The most committed of us may do things just as committed yesterday (last day of the month) as today (first day of the month) but for those don’t have an opportunity. New day – new week – new month. LFG.
Naked Man Moleskin
Counting Cadence during M.A.R.C.H. proved difficult – think those Mary Catherine Gallagher’s just get the heart rate up super fast and it’s just playing catch up from there.
Captain Underpants sat on a condom during his first round of BBSU’s.
Crop Duster suuuuuuuuuuuuuucked at jumping rope. Not sure if it was an isolated issue this morning or not.
It was great for Blues Clues (current Monday OP Site-Q) to meet Tailspin – who started Outpost Monday’s and was the first Site-Q. #TailSpinMonday

Sunrise starting while still working through Thang 1 was a welcome sign. Days are getting longer and a little more sunlight every day!
