Introduction
Nothing interesting or funny about this one. Simply a 35 minute, out and back run on a nice, brisk morning. It was nice to get out on ice/snow free trails again.

As I was cleaning out old boxes over the weekend, I ran into this scripture that we often refer to, and began thinking and appreciating how joining F3 has pushed me to become better, both physically and socially. We don’t have time today(at least here) to read the entire Proverbs chapter, but within it, you will find a long description of how to live your life.
I appreciate being with you all and being pushed each day, and trust that you enjoy pushing each other to become better, bigger, stronger, faster and most importantly, better men and friends.
Let’s end in the Lord’s Prayer. Amen.
