Dug this one out from a past Q long ago (probably enough ago that no one would have noticed if I didn’t say anything). But it highlights what we are all doing, in fitness but to some degree, all 3 Fs, fellowship & faith as well, F3 helps us be in it for the long haul, and while we often still crave instant gratification, when you really think about it, the long term results are the ones that really matter, in all aspects of life – commitment to consistency, that long term effort, the time, dedication, and just seeing things through are damn hard and when achieved, its well earned and worth it. We may not see the results today, or tomorrow, but if we stay committed & consistent in striving for the goals we set, they will come. Keep pushing men.
