Introduction
Today is March 12th (3/12), so it seemed right to design a beatdown based on the 3x NFL MVP, #12 for the Green Bay Packers, AARON RODGERS. This made a lot of my fellow packs uncomfortable, but since I grew up in God’s country (aka Wisconsin), it was only natural for me.
I wanted to base a workout around Mitch Trubisky, but whenever I practiced it, I over-hyped it and just kept choking and dropping my coupon. 🙂

Circle of Trust
These months with F3 have taught me so much, including the importance of ASKING FOR HELP. I tend to be the type of guy who keeps to himself, puts his head down, does the work, and pushes through any and all circumstances. This is not sustainable. F3 has shown me the goodness that comes with asking for help – whether it be prayer requests, or when my mental health is getting the best of me. I am grateful for the men of F3 who have gone out of their way to support me when I needed it most, even if they only knew me across a computer screen or after a few weeks of indoor soccer. ASKING FOR HELP is not a sign of weakness, but a reflection of our bond as brothers. As my F3 hero Bob Ross always says, “we’re stronger with you.”
