I shared with the PAX a story about the infamous Liver King on IG. Most PAX knew my reference. He’s this super jacked dude who USED TO claim his gains were from eating raw liver, bone marrow and things of that nature. A lot of critics said there’s no way and that he had to be on steroids. He always denied, and said it was all natural and hard work. Well recently a leaked email came to the light and it turns out he’s a steroid machine.
Two things I took away from this
- The shit will always rise to the top, no matter how much we try to hide it.
- When the shit rises to the top, own it.
Liver King took his L like a Man. I don’t agree with his deceitfulness and mistakes however owning it like a man I believe is honorable. He didn’t make any excuses, justify or even try to defend himself. He simply admitted he fucked up big time.
We’ve all had our Liver King moments. He, like us is also human. I hope this is a lesson for us that our skeletons in the closet will eventually be brought to the light. We can choose to change now or wait till’ it rises. If you screw up do like Liver King and OWN IT!

No fartsacks or pulled HC’s. The first thing I told the PAX post BC was to give themselves a pat on their backs for being men of their word. I asked them to carry that confidence with them throughout the day. Coffeeteria Mondayzzz @ Startbucks was lit dood! 13/16 PAX in attendance. We discussed marathons and other dumb shit.
