Circle of Trust
I’m reading a book and one thing it said was how new stimulations kills the clutter. Essentially talking about how time slows down when you’re learning new things. Days are long when you’re a kid and everything is new. Or when you have a baby and it’s a new experience. New experiences bring sharper focus. But we can get into routines that can lead to times where days and weeks and even years blend together. So my challenge to you is to fight the routine. Learn and try new things. Whether it be in F3, work, personal. Bring that focus out by learning and stimulating yourself.
Naked Man Moleskin
Was a nice coating of snow but nothing we couldn’t handle. If you missed the workout there’s plenty of video from the siteQ
