Introduction
One month ago Snorkle reached out to me and said he missed the Saturday Bozo beat down. Being completely out of shape I didn’t have much to beat him down with. Since I had a new baby in April, I hadn’t really been keeping my fitness up. I had the running and rucking from the Lincoln games (Thank you Coldcuts) and I had squats for hours because it is the only thing that calms the baby down when I held her. So one month ago I hit some PAX with a “Leg Murph” (a Murph with lunges, squats, and a few push ups.)
Fast forward one month later (hundreds of pull ups and push ups later) now I can bring a “Murph” minus the weight vest.
For anyone who is reading this, if you see a Bozo Saturday Q in the next few months mentioning bringing a weight vest or Ruck sack it will probably be a Murph.

Circle of Trust
We are in a transition period where we are gradually easing off the COVID prevention measures. I urged the PAX to hold on to the good things from COVID time. The family time, the cut back on spending and consumerism. These things are good to hold on to. However there are things we should let go of. Since COVID I think everyone has a good excuse to sleep in, and I know from personal experience it can be easy to slack off during work from home or studying at times. We need to get rid of those habits and get back to pushing ourselves out of our comfort zone (in a safe manner). If you are living in comfort you are not growing, so I urge everyone to get out of their comfort zone and push themselves.
Prayers for wisdom and leadership, Prayers for Uncle Rico’s Brother, Prayers for all the men of F3.
Naked Man Moleskin
It went well. Uncle Rico rightfully called me out on my squat form. His was textbook and he helped me and wickets out a lot through the exercises. I am ashamed to say it but he did more Q’ing than me on this one.
For the last quarter mile run Wickets suddenly took off. Both Uncle Rico and myself couldn’t catch him. That guy has some serious speed.
Looking forward to the convergence next week. SYITG
